Special Envoy is a series of characters in the Princess Principal mobile game Game of Mission. They are emissaries from Control.

History

Special Envoy is an emissary from Control, whose job is to hand over a "special letter" to individuals and then leave. These letters are said to change people's lives and therefore are believed to be defect letters from the Kingdom of Albion, instead of direct orders to operatives.
