Kathy Higgins is a young female reporter from a major gossip magazine. With a cheerful personality and strong push, she sneaks into the any scene and interviews closely. She is "familiar with the spy organisations of both the Commonwealth and the Kingdom", and is "pretending to be a double agent". She admires the former journalist Annette Grace as her idol figure.
