Ange le Carré[]
In Episode 9: Case 20 Ripper Dipper, Ange, as part of a stake out, noticed Julie fail to rob a rich man. Ange observed her from a distance and saw her younger self in her. After a few days she decided to teach Julie how to pickpocket in order to survive. Later when they were hanging out, Ange told her the story The Princess and the Pickpocket (Based on Ange and Charlotte's childhood, unbeknownst to Julie.)
At the end of episode 9 after completing the mission, Ange tracked down Julie's house. She lived together with a few other children, under the roof of an abusive man. When Ange arrived, Julie was being punished by the "master" of the household for not working hard. But before she could get hit again, Ange fought the man using her C-Ball. Julie was happy that Ange saved her and her siblings, but said she was afraid of being punished again when he woke up. Ange then handed Julie a letter of introduction to an orphanage on Stanford Hill, and tells her to go live there. She then escorted the kids to the train station, where they departed.
Later in the Busy Easy Money OVA, Ange and the other members of Team White Pigeon send money to the Stanford Hill Orphanage, where Julie and her siblings can be seen.
