- Episode 8 and 9 originally aired in the wrong order, with episode 8 releasing on September 3, 2017 a week after episode 9. This is because when the episodes were send over for the original broadcast, they received the episodes in the wrong order. In the home video release, the order is corrected to the intended episode order per the licensor.
- In Princess Principal Secret Files on page 51, the two flintlock pistols are shown to be 'Robert Wogdon duelling pistols' made by the Wogdon & Barton firm.
