Duke of Normandy is the main antagonist in Princess Principal. He is the Home Secretary of the Kingdom of Albion and the right hand of the Queen. He is also the duke of Normandy and the uncle of Princess Charlotte.

History

Pre-Season 1

Sometime in the past, the Duke of Normandy started serving as the Home Secretary of the Kingdom of Albion. He directs the Kingdom's spies, and is one of the few people who has an influence on public security and police organisations and can give opinions to the Queen.

As of Crown Handler Chapter 3, the Duke seems to be unaware of Ange being the original princess of Albion, and the current Princess Charlotte being a doubleganger.

The Duke of Normandy does not favor Princess Charlotte. In Episode 5: Case 7 Bullet & Blade's Ballad, he and purposely sent her to pick up Lord Horikawa, being fully aware of the assassin Jubei Todo who was planning on killing her and others. The Duke of Normandy even went as far as helping Jubei.
